BLEA MYLIFE Mentoring Fathers Day Luncheon

On June 14, 2014, BLEA/ Youth Leadership for Future Excellence (MYLIFE) Mentoring Program is throwing its first Fathers Day Luncheon, at the Catering Hall, 4 North Third Ave., Mt. Vernon, New York, from 11 AM to 1 PM.

The event is created to focus on the need for Mentors for many of our youth in our communities.  The event will include inspirational speakers, Community Leaders and Elected Officials talking about community violence prevention, the need for mentors, the importance for securing a future for our youth, raffles, food, and more.

Our mission is to build a better relationship with the community we serve by reaching and teaching our families and youth. We provide increased involvement by sitting with Elementary school students, having open dialogue while building a rapport with them. Supporting their parents is also a part of our mission.

This is a chance to give back to the community and give at-risk youth life-changing opportunities. Supporting us helps us show our kids another way of life.

We would be grateful if you could support our  Fathers Day Luncheon. We anticipate over 100 children and adults attending this event. If you support us, we will include you in all marketing materials, to our website and plan on recognizing your organization at our event.

The amount you give is completely up to you. We are not charging admission for children and their parents . Any amount you give will be helpful to make this event a success. The following are some options to consider when considering my sponsorship request:

·      $500 – Your name, description, and logo on all marketing materials, website, and recognition at our event

·      $400 – Your name and description on our marketing materials and website

·      $300 – Your name and logo on marketing materials

·      $100– Your name on marketing materials
